What is dartball?  Well, it’s a lot like baseball.  You throw darts at a dart board that is shaped like a baseball diamond.  The scoring is the same as baseball.  If your dart hits first base you get a single, second base a double and so on.  There are strikes, balls, outs, etc.  Believe it or not there are many men’s leagues across America and there are even state and national dartball tournaments.  Our Fergus Falls Circuit is starting a dartball league and so far three churches have committed to forming teams.  We are one of those churches.  We would like to try and form two teams from our church.  Practices would be weekly and we would play the other churches once a month for four months beginning in January 2012.  We will play the games on a Monday night and we can plan practices whenever the team/s decides.  The cost is being covered by the Men’s Network and the Fellowship Board for this first season.  If you are interested in playing, sign up in the kiosk today.
