Altar Guild
The objective of the Altar Guild of Trinity Lutheran Church of Fergus Falls is to care for all things in the chancel including the altar linens and paraments according to special days and seasons of the church year; the communion ware and communion preparation; the care of the brasses, the candles, the flowers and in general contributing to the total reverent atmosphere of the chancel and its furnishings. This is all done under the supervision of the Pastor. The Altar Guild is a service group of the church and is composed of two women for each month and several who specifically care for the candles.

Would you like to help decorate the church sanctuary with poinsettias for Christmas? The Altar Guild is looking for donations of either money ($10.00 per plant) or donations for poinsettia plants to help decorate for Christmas. All of those involved with Altar Guild are asked to attend a meeting on October 18th at 7:00 pm to review the Altar Guild guidelines with Pastor Deterding.

Christmas is coming! The Altar Guild ladies are seeking funds to purchase Poinsettias to decorate the sanctuary for Christmas. Or if you’d prefer, you may bring a Poinsettia to the church by Wednesday, December 22nd.
