Orphan Grain Train Sunday- August 29th

Orphan Grain Train (O.G.T.) Sunday is August 29th at Trinity. Gene & Darlene Pasche from Morris, MN, will be our “special” guests. They will have a slide presentation about the O.G.T. program and pictures of the destinations for our donated items. The “special” project for the day is putting together school kits.

SCHOOL KITS

1 ruler- metric/inches
1 notebook- 8.5 X 11
1 pair blunt scissors
10 sharpened pencils with erasers
10 blue or black pens
1 pencil sharpener
1 box wooden colored pencils
Optional: 1 box of crayons, glue stick & 28-32 sheets of construction paper

Please bring each “school kit” in a plastic shopping bag. We have 40+ cloth school bags to fill. The members of the Human Care Board will be providing home-made breads, muffins, coffee and juice for the fellowship time and O.G.T. presentation. Watch for the “Back-to-School” sales and please pick up the school kit items listed above. plan to join us on Sunday, August 29th for fellowship time and the O.G.T. presentation.
